SB 963 - This act expands the authority of the Missouri
Higher Education Loan Authority to include funding of "secondary
education loans". These are loans used to pay tuition for a
secondary education, other than tuition for sectarian
instruction, at an institution which offers college credit
courses under an agreement with a public community college or a
private four year college or university.
