SB 957 - Designated nonprofit organizations in St. Louis
City and County which are connected with a global community
project for the year 2004 may design a license plate emblem to
raise revenues. Any individual can pay a $25 emblem use fee to
the organization and obtain the special license plates with the
payment of the $15 personalized plate fee and the regular
registration fee. The license plate will bear the emblem and the
words "St. Louis 2004".
