SB 931 - This act would change the salaries of administrative law judges (ALJs), the ALJ in charge and the Director of the Division of Workers' Compensation.

An ALJ's salary is set at 90% of the rate which an Associate Circuit Judge receives. The ALJ in charge shall receive compensation at the same rate as the ALJ plus $2,000. The ALJs and the ALJ in Charge also shall receive an additional amount equal to prior salary adjustments for each year of service as provided in Section 105.005, RSMo.

The salary of the Director of Workers' Compensation would be indirectly impacted. The Director's salary currently is set at not less than the salary of the ALJ in Charge plus $2,000.
