SB 906 - This act permits counties with a population over 400,000 to create an ambulance district pursuant to the "Ambulance District Law", sections 190.005 to 190.085, RSMo. Currently, only counties with a population of 400,000 or less may establish such ambulance districts.
This act is identical to HB 1338 (1996).
