SB 905 - This act removes the Missouri Motor Vehicle
Commission from the statutes and replaces it with the Director of
the Department of Revenue. The act has an effective date of July
1, 1997. The rules of the Commission shall continue in effect,
and the licenses issued by the Commission shall be valid until
they expire (they will expire in December, 1997). Moneys in the
Motor Vehicle Commission Fund will be transferred to General
Revenue on July 1, 1997.
