SB 881 - This act provides that any new, full-time employee
of the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE)
may elect, within thirty days following the date of employment,
to remain in the Public School Retirement System (PSRS) provided
that the person is a vested member of PSRS as of the date of
employment by DESE.
