Current Bill Summary

SCS/SB 814 - This act amends the provisions of Section 311.070, RSMo, which permits distillers, wholesalers, winemakers, brewers or their employees, officers or agents to engage in certain activities with retail businesses which sell intoxicating liquors. The penalty for a third or subsequent violation of this section is changed to include a fine of $10,000 or, as at present, license revocation.

Section 311.680 of the act augments the process of the Supervisor of Liquor Control in regard to violation of Chapters 311 and 312, RSMo.

Section 311.691 of the act pertains to persons aggrieved by an official action of the Supervisor of Liquor Control.
