SB 803 - This act modifies Section 536.024.5, RSMo, and authorizes the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules to suspend an order of rulemaking, or portion thereof, based upon the following additional ground:
"The proposed rule does not substantially comply with
estimates of costs in the fiscal note requirements of this
chapter which were submitted with the authorizing legislation."
