SCS/SB 777 - Under this act, a victim of domestic violence
offense, as defined in Section 595.010, RSMo, shall not be
required to pay any court costs associated with prosecuting such
an offense or costs for actions related to such an offense. This
act brings Missouri into compliance with federal law.
