SB 770 - An excursion gambling boat docks in an
unincorporated area of the county. A city incorporates, and the
area in which the boat is docked is now included in the new city.
Under the current law, the city would not receive any of the home
dock share. This act would allow the newly incorporated city to
split the home dock share with the county.
