SB 737 - This act would allow actual and necessary costs of
a condemnee to be charged against a condemnor who elects to
abandon the condemnation proceedings after the Condemnation
Commissioners report has been filed. It would also stop
additional condemnation proceedings on the same parcel of land
for a period of 5 years from the date of the abandonment of the
condemnation proceedings.
