SB 734 - This act requires the fiscal note summary to be printed on the ballot whenever voters are asked to approve the issuance of bonds or other forms of indebtedness. The summary shall include the total cost of the indebtedness, including the cost of principal and interest on any bonds issued.
This act is identical to SB 321 (1995).
