SB 706 - This act establishes provisions for the licensing
of acupuncturists by the Division of Professional Registration.
The Division may adopt training and continuing education
standards. This act also sets conditions for the suspension or
revocation of a license. Licenses must be renewed on July first
of each odd-numbered year. Any person who violates the
provisions of this act is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
