SB 685 - This act would make certain state employees or
officials who served as elected county officials entitled to
creditable prior service if they meet the following requirements:
(1) The service had not vested in a county retirement plan; (2)
The person applies with the Board of Trustees of the Missouri
State Employees' Retirement System for the creditable prior
service within 90 days of August 28, 1996; (3) The person
establishes proof of such service; and (4) The person is holding
employment as a state employee or official on August 28, 1996.
