SCS/SB 668 - Courts of law shall send reports of a driver's license or traffic violation to the Department of Revenue within ten days after such violation occurs. Such reports need not be sent for violations resulting in a suspended imposition of sentence or violations which do not result in points being assessed. These reports will no longer be sent to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The time period for reducing points from a driving violation shall begin to run no later than thirty days after the date of the violation. Similar provisions are contained in HB 773.
