HCS/SB 634 - This act modifies Sections 493.027 and 493.030, RSMo, which regulate the rate that newspapers in St. Louis City, or newspapers in first classification counties with or without a charter form of government, may charge to publish certain public notices such as proposed constitutional amendments. The maximum rate a newspaper may charge shall be no greater than the regular local advertising rate charged by such newspaper.
