SB 623 - No private person, business or other entity may operate or manage a correctional facility or jail in Missouri unless it is already in operation. Neither the state nor any political subdivision may contract with a private entity for the keeping of a person in a correctional facility or jail.
This act is identical to SB 99 of 1995.
