SB 585 - This act includes private retirement benefits, in addition to state and federal government retirement benefits, as those benefits which qualify for a state income tax exemption.
This act has an effective date of January 1, 1997, and applies to all taxable years after December 31, 1996.
This act is similar to SB 77 (1995).
