SB 565 - SB 96 (1995) required that places of public
amusement, constructed or renovated after August 28, 1995, have a
number of water closets for women that is equal to the number of
water closets and urinals for men. This act requires that the
ratio be at least equal and the number may be higher for women
than for men.
