SB 557 - This act eliminates the requirement that all Missouri corporations be represented by an attorney in proceedings before the Administrative Hearing Commission or any state agency so long as the corporation is represented by the president, CEO, or other designated corporate employee. Representation by the corporate employee shall not be construed to be the "practice of law" as that term is defined in section 484.010, RSMo.
