SB 536 - This act makes it unlawful to sell motor fuel below cost if the intent or effect of the sale is to injure competition. Currently, it is only unlawful to sell motor fuel below cost if the intent of the sale is to injure competition.

This legislation reenacts section 416.640, repealed in 1995, allowing a prima facie case to be shown by proof of sale below cost and injury to competition.
