SB 512 - This act requires all health insurers and health maintenance organizations to provide coverage for a minimum of forty-eight hours of in-patient care for mother and child following a vaginal delivery and a minimum of ninety-six hours of in-patient care for mother and child following a caesarean section.
This act is identical to SB 533 (1996).
