SB 495 - This act exempts cemetery associations from the
"Cemetery Endowed Care Fund Law" (Sections 214.270-214.410,
RSMo). A cemetery association is a group which is a non-profit
organization, whether incorporated or not, and which is formed to
own and maintain a cemetery. These associations would not be
required to file financial reports and would not be subject to
regulation by the Division of Professional Registration,
Department of Economic Development.
