SJR 27 - This resolution if approved by Missouri voters
would allow the General Assembly to pass laws applying to less
than a whole class of counties if approved by a 2/3 vote by each
house of the General Assembly. Charter and constitutional
counties shall not be included in the classification system for
counties. The changes made in this resolution shall apply
retroactively.
