SJR 15 - This constitutional amendment would, upon its adoption by the voters, move the executive and administrative officials and four departments to various locations throughout the state by July 1, 1998. The Department of Corrections would move to Kansas City, the Department of Social Services would move to the City of St. Louis, the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations would move to St. Louis County and the Department of Natural Resources would move to Springfield.
