SB 422 - This act provides that a bank organized under Missouri law or a national bank whose home state is Missouri may merge with an out-of-state bank in accordance with Section 44 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
An out-of-state bank may not acquire a branch of a bank organized under the laws of Missouri or a national bank whose home state is Missouri, without acquiring the bank. RONALD J. LEONE
