SB 402 - This act would allow the Division of Aging to place
in their "employee disqualification list" names of additional
people who would be ineligible to work in nursing home
situations. The list would be expanded by adding the names of
persons who have pled guilty or who have been found guilty of
murder, manslaughter, assault in the 1st or 2nd degree, elder
abuse in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd degree, forcible rape or sodomy.
