SB 377 - One-half of the annual license fee of $10 for motor
carriers shall be used for commercial driver training. A
commercial driver training program shall be administered by the
Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and may be a
part of the curriculum of vocational and community technical
schools. The license fee shall be reduced by one-half if the
commercial driver development account is found to violate the
Constitution.
