HCS/SB 352- Any county may amend its annual budget if it receives additional funds that could not be estimated when the budget was adopted. Any difference between the circuit court's estimated budget and the governing body's estimated budget for the circuit court shall be placed in a separate escrow account until the Judicial Finance Commission determines what the budget should be. This act provides for budget meetings for the St. Louis Circuit Court. The presiding judge of the St. Louis Circuit Court shall meet with the mayor of St. Louis to discuss budget estimates and requirements for the circuit court for the coming year. The St. Louis City Circuit Clerk shall also discuss the budget estimates and requirements for its office for the coming year. These estimates shall be transmitted to the City of St. Louis. The budget of the circuit court shall be subject to all other rules and regulations provided by law.
