SB 237 - The act provides that lien rights of architects,
landscape architects, engineers and land surveyors may extend to
buildings and existing improvements if: (1) the owner or his
agent contracted directly for the service; and (2) the owner
owned the property when the contract was made or at the time the
lien was filed.
