SB 214 - This act repeals subsections 1 and 3 of section 246.300, RSMo 1994, enacted by SB 633 in 1994.

Section 246.300 creates a special voting system related to the assessed valuation of property in the election of supervisors for the levee districts affected by the provisions (Monarch- Chesterfield and Earth City levee districts). Through an error during the passage of SB 633, section 246.300 was not deleted when section 246.305 was added to SB 633.

If section 246.300 (SB 214) is not revised, there will be problems at the election of supervisors for the Earth City Levee District in February 1995.

The act has an emergency clause.
