HCS/SB 201 - This act authorizes the Governor to grant an easement and a conveyance to the city of Nevada on certain properties under control of the Missouri Department of Mental Health.
The Attorney General shall approve the form of the instrument of easement and conveyance.
This act is similar to SCS/HB 273.
