SB 186 - This act would remove the requirement that applicants applying for temporary medical licenses after June 1, 1994 provide proof that they have successfully completed steps 1 and 2 of the United States Medical Licensing Examination or parts 1 and 2 of the National Board of Osteopathic Examiners Examination.
The act has an emergency clause.
