SB 154 - This act raises the number of circuit judges in the sixteenth judicial circuit (Jackson County) from nineteen to twenty-one.

The act also provides that a majority of the circuit court en banc may appoint one person with the same qualifications as an associate circuit judge, to act as drug court commissioner. The commissioner shall serve for four years and the compensation will be the same as that of an associate circuit judge.

The act also authorizes two additional associate circuit judges for Jackson County.
