SB 147 - This act makes certain juvenile court records available upon request. If a juvenile has been adjudicated for an offense which if committed by an adult would be a Class A, B or C felony, a record of such adjudication shall be made available upon request to: 1) any peace officer and federal law enforcement agencies; 2) the state attorney general and state and federal prosecuting attorneys; 3) the Division of Youth Services, Department of Corrections and Board of Probation and Parole; and 4) state circuit courts, associate circuit courts and federal district courts. Information received under this section may not be disclosed to an unauthorized person or agency. Any person knowingly disclosing juvenile court records to an unauthorized person or agency shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
