SB 141 - The act allows any pupil, or the parent or guardian
of a pupil, to make a written request that the pupil be allowed
to attend the school in the district which is closest to the
pupil's home. Other students may attend a school only after all
such requests which are received by July 1 of the school year
have been satisfied.
