SB 64 - Current law sets specific fees which the Public
Service Commission (PSC) may charge for copies of documents.
This act removes the fee amounts and authorizes the PSC to set
document reproduction fees by rule, provided that such fees
comply with requirements of section 610.026, RSMo Supp. 1993,
regarding fees for copying public records.
