HCS/SCS/SB 47 - This act will allow any judge who is eligible for retirement, but has elected not to retire, and has continued to serve as a judge after the effective date of this section, to receive added retirement compensation when the judge retires equal to the total of all annual cost-of-living increases that retired judges received between the time the judge first became eligible to retire or the effective date of this act, and the year that the judge actually retires or dies. The maximum increase in compensation will not exceed sixty-five percent of the judge's retirement compensation.
