HJR 32 -- Elections
This amendment to the state constitution requires that all proposed amendments to the constitution, the general laws of this state, and all issues submitted to the voters of a political subdivision, whether proposed by initiative petition, referendum, or by the local process, which were rejected by a vote of the people may not be resubmitted for vote within 2 years of the rejection by the voters.
