HB 697 -- Hazardous Waste
For U.S. Department of Defense facilities in St. Charles County, this bill limits the incineration or disposal of weapons-related hazardous and radioactive waste to material that was produced at the facility. No incineration of these wastes will be conducted more than 5 years after the test burn of the incinerator.
