HB 675 -- Product Liability
This bill removes liability for unreasonably dangerous design when a product is manufactured materially in compliance with governmental standards and specifications for that product. In actions claiming a failure to provide adequate warnings, the warning or instruction will be deemed adequate if it conforms to governmental regulations prescribing the form and language of the warning or instruction.
