HB 618 -- Public Service Commission Jurisdiction
This bill permits the Missouri Public Service Commission to decline jurisdiction over the sale and distribution of electricity in cases where a provider authorized in an adjacent state is providing utility service under the same terms as in the adjacent state to fewer than 20 Missouri residential customers located within 2 miles of the state line.
