HB 516 -- First Responder Program
This bill directs the Department of Health to develop and establish, by rule and regulation, a "First Responder" program. The program will allow first responders to use automatic external defibrillators. A pilot project in Greene County will first be established and then, upon the department's approval, a statewide program will be established.
