This bill allows the Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan to sue and be sued in its official name. Venue will be in Cole County for any suits against the system. Appeals for judicial review of administrative decisions by the board must be in Cole County or the county of residence of the beneficiary, at the election of the beneficiary.
