HB 438 -- Motor Vehicle Dealers
This bill permits the Motor Vehicle Commission, in addition to other disciplinary action which may be taken against dealers, to order restitution to an aggrieved party of money, property, or other consideration received from such party or impose a penalty of not more than $500 per individual violation but not to exceed $5,000 in the aggregate for multiple violations arising from a single transaction or occurrence.
