HB 319 -- Residential Care Payments
This bill increases the state payment for home care in licensed residential care facilities I from $156 per month to $250 per month, and increases the state payment for home care in licensed residential care facilities II from $292 per month to $350 per month. These increases are effective July 1, 1996. The bill also increases the additional monthly payment residents of these facilities receive from not more than $25 per month to not more than $50 per month.
