SCS/HB 285 - This act modifies section 252.045, RSMo, and increases the Missouri Conservation Commission's authority to regulate the cutting or removal of vegetation, the entry onto areas closed to the public, and the operation and parking of motor boats on all wildlife refugees, wildlife management areas, state forests, natural areas, lakes, fishing accesses and all land and waters owned, leased or managed by the Commission.
