HB 183 -- Censorship in Public Schools
This bill allows local school boards to permit teachers and administrators to read or post in public school buildings any excerpt from a specified list of documents and verses related to American and Missouri history and patriotism. The bill prohibits censorship of any of the specified items based on religious content or reference.
