HB 181 - This act provides that if the rights and privileges of any corporation were forfeited prior to August 28, 1990, the acting directors and officers shall become trustees of the corporation with full authority to wind up the corporation's business affairs. The trustees are jointly and severally liable to the creditors and stockholders of the corporation to the extent of the value of the remaining corporate property and effects. RONALD J. LEONE
