HB 151 -- Workers' Compensation
The bill requires persons procuring a retail sales license and corporations filing an annual corporation registration report to certify to the Director of Revenue that they are in compliance with chapter 287, RSMo, relating to workers compensation.
Falsifying such a certification is punishable under 575.060, RSMo, as a class B misdemeanor.
